The vehicles transporting more than 8 people are submitted to the Social European
Rules (RSE)                                    

It is important to take it into account when you are planning your itinerary and timing.

These are some of the main rules to respect :
- The maximum working period during a day is 14 hours (from when the driver takes the coach in the morning until he returns it to the garage).
- The driving time in a day is limited to 9 hours (tolerate to 10 hours but no more than twice a week).
- The resting period between two working days has to be 11 hours minimum (can be reduced to 9 hours, but no more than three times a week)
- The driver has to take a break of 45 minutes every 4h30 of driving. This break can be cut in 15 minutes every 2 hours.

For your safety, we almost never accept more than 3 hours driving nor long journeys at night.
A break of 1h30 at lunch time is necesary (unless the driver's meal is provided with the passengers)

It is forbidden to smoke, to eat and to drink (except water) in our vehicles
The driver can refuse to transport a person who would threaten the safety of people and goods.
In that case, the concerned person could not pretend to any refund.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Each reservation has to be written (fax, e-mail or mail). The timing, picking up place and price have to be clearly mentioned, as well as the cancellation policy.
To book a transportation service or a tour (of less than 1000 euros), a credit card is necessary :
Credit Card Number
The 3 or 4 digit Card Code number on back of card
The expiration date
First and Last Name on the card
Company (if the card is a company card)
Exact address of the holder

If you prefer, we also accept bank transfers (full payment in advance)
For a quote of more than 1000 euros : a bank transfer is compulsory

ITINERARY

Our minibuses can take nearly every roads but, nevertheless, remain places where they can't go for access reasons or for legal reasons (Marseille inlets for example).
So, if you design yourself your itinerary, it is up to you to verify this point. In any cases, we ask you to give us a detailled itinerary when you book so that we can be sure we can respect it.

The passengers are covered by a special transportation insurance.

Transferts Service - Roch Voyages has an agreement N° HA 13 03 0002 from the Ministry of Tourism to sell touristic packages.
